Website and request terms

Effective date: September 24, 2026.

Submitting a Request Monitoring form asks Remote Touch to review a possible monitoring need. It does not create a service agreement, appointment, equipment shipment, field visit, payment obligation, or subscription.

Availability and estimates

Any ZIP-based field-visit zone or transport amount is preliminary. Remote Touch confirms the full site address and route before scheduling or accepting a quote. Future self-install is under review and is not currently an orderable service.

Services and repairs

Remote Touch may provide monitoring-equipment installation services for an eligible configuration. Remote Touch does not represent the website as an offer to provide refrigeration or HVAC maintenance or repair.

Commercial terms

Commercial payment, cancellation, deposit, tax, and refund terms will be provided for review before any applicable commercial order or payment is accepted.

These initial public terms require legal review before any payment or commercial-order launch.
